Our cutting-edge platforms allow surgeons to improve their skillset and virtually perform their patient\u2019s surgery before the actual procedure.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About You\u202f\u202f&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You are a Technical Support Specialist who combines your technical skills with your exceptional customer service skills to wow and delight our clients customers. You have a passion for process development and creating a knowledge base.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tu rol<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In this position you will work with our client customers by providing exceptional technical support to ensure smooth on-boarding and system training. Your responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing full cycle technical support to customers<\/li>\n<li>Ensure smooth customer on-boarding and system training<\/li>\n<li>Identify and create best practice solutions for end user support<\/li>\n<li>Leverage user feedback to identify potential enhancements to the offering<\/li>\n<li>Listen to user feedback\/technical issues to develop and document processes so that issues are resolved for the next user<\/li>\n<li>Implement support tools and build a database to help the business scale to the next level<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your Qualifications:\u202f\u202f<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1+ years of experience in a structured support role<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for translating complex technical terms into understandable terms<\/li>\n<li>Experience within a VR or Health Care industry will be of advantage<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in IT or similar is an asset<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What&#8217;s in it for you?\u202f\u202f&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A competitive base salary<\/li>\n<li>Extended medical and dental benefits<\/li>\n<li>Vacaciones pagas<\/li>\n<li>Trabajar desde casa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Does this sound like you?
