About You 

You are an energetic, technical recruitment specialist who has 3+ years’ experience recruiting and building pipelines for technical positions. This role will see you perform your work with a lot of autonomy so you will need to be creative when it comes to your sourcing methods and lead the recruitment process from end to end. This role will see you recruit Technical Artists, Engineers, Scripters, QA Specialists and all manner of technical roles.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Full cycle recruitment from sourcing, screening, and interviewing, to reference and background checks and presenting an offer
  • Advise managers on industry compensation trends and best practices through your recruitment expertise and research
  • Develop and refine job postings and descriptions
  • Work with management to build out talent networks for hard to fill positions to facilitate a smooth recruitment process when these openings arise
  • Design and manage a candidate experience process to ensure all candidates who apply to work with us have an amazing experience, whether they get the job or not!

Your Skills and Requirements  

  • 3+ Years of technical recruitment experience is essential for your success in this position
  • Superior knowledge of sourcing methods, especially Boolean search strings
  • Experience working with ATS and HRIS systems
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Independent thinker – proven track record of working with Autonomy and taking ownership of your work
  • Ideally you are coming from a gaming recruitment background, but this is not essential
  • Communication – You will be working with all level of employees so your ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders will be key to your success
