Essas duas tentativas cir\u00fargicas fracassadas envolveram doses significativas de anest\u00e9sico e radia\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The patient was then transferred to the children\u2019s hospital in the same medical center where the fifth-year orthopedic resident on duty practiced with a SCFE training module four consecutive times using the PrecisionOS iVR system The resident, who had not observed nor performed this procedure in more than two years improved his 3D spatial awareness by using the capability of the VR software to pull the deformed bone out of the body, and, after using many unique approaches and implant sizes offered by the PrecisionOS training module, determine the right implant for the procedure.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After completing the training, where his practices showed he had improved his performance evaluation from 70% to 93% (maximum score 100%). on PrecisionOS\u2019 proprietary Precision Score<sup> tm<\/sup>  an\u00e1lise, o residente ent\u00e3o entrou em uma sala de opera\u00e7\u00e3o ao vivo (sob supervis\u00e3o apenas de um cirurgi\u00e3o ortop\u00e9dico treinado na bolsa de estudos pedi\u00e1trica) e posicionou o osso no local correto.
